Access and Availability
Agile AI makes no guarantees regarding the availability of AI Scrum Assistant, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice.
We are not liable for damages arising from your inability to access the app.
Data Privacy
We take data privacy seriously and will not share or sell your information to third parties. We collect only the information necessary to provide the app's services and to improve the app's functionality.
Intellectual Property
AI Scrum Assistant and all of its contents, including trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials, are owned by Agile AI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold Agile AI harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your use of AI Scrum Assistant at any time, for any reason, without notice. These terms and conditions survive any such termination.
